  • Grades 9–12 A dedicated weekend to deepen faith, devotion, and relationship with God through worship, prayer, and a timely message from guest speaker Pastor Greg Williams of Cedarview.

    Registration & Cost

    • Early Bird Rate: $150 (until November 17)

    • Standard Rate: $165 (until November 25)

    Full payment is required at registration.

    Location & Schedule

    Five Oaks Retreat Centre 1 Bethel Rd, Brantford, ON N3L 3E3, Canada

    • Drop-Off: Friday, November 28 @ 7:00 PM

    • Pick-Up: Sunday, November 30 @ 2:00 PM

    Parents are responsible for transportation. If carpooling is needed, please contact Pastor Breanna ASAP.

  • Required Items

    • Completed registration form

    • Full payment

    • Medication form (if applicable)

    • Health card (original or emailed copy to breanna@royalview.org)

    • Sleeping bag and pillow

    • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

    • Clothing for 3 days (weather-appropriate)

    • Power bank

    • Bible, notebook, and pen

    Prohibited Items

    • Vapes, cigarettes, or any tobacco/nicotine products

    • Weapons (including pocket knives)

    • Excessive electronics (no Wi-Fi available)
